My name is Mark Hutto and as a lifelong resident of Franklin Parish, I take pride in serving the community that has been my home my whole life. I have  over 10 years of real estate experience, that allows me to help buyers and sellers with local knowledge they can trust.

I have been happily married to my wonderful wife, Mary, for 26 years. Since 2001, I have been a member of Jigger Apostolic Church, where I also have the privilege of serving as a minister.

Growing up as a fifth-generation farmer taught me the importance of hard work, honesty, and dedication—qualities I bring to every client relationship.  I also grew up hunting and fishing and have a passion for the outdoors.
