We had been searching for land for about 1 1/2 years and we were to the point of giving up. We came in contact with Stihl Smith -he told us not to give up that he would find our land. Stihl was tuned into what we were looking for and he found it. Stihl made our land purchase stress-free and we are so happy with our purchase. If you are looking to purchase or sell real estate, I highly recommend Stihl Smith.

My wife and I were looking for land for recreation and hopefully build our future retirement home on. We went through several agents who basically wanted us to do all the computer and leg work and call them when we found a tract, but with Stihl he hit the ground running and never looked back. Heck he didn't even mind busting through thickets showing us tracts of land. He maybe a young fella but he has the old school work ethics and his word is his bond. Not only did we find our tract of land that we are enjoying to the fullest but we also made a new friend, he may not claim us but we claim him?. I never give anyone 5 stars on any reviews because we need to keep them striving to be better . Would I use him again? In a heartbeat Do I recommend him? Yes Do I feel like he tried to rush or pressure us? Not at all Do I feel like he is one of those be here today and gone tomorrow type agents? No Do I feel like he is only in it for the money? No Do I feel like he loves what he is doing? Yes Stihl is one Pop Squally that will treat you right.
