The Lexington consists of five buildings, each four-stories and is located adjacent to the Racquet Club. The gated community sits on a 3.5 acre lot. Turley broke ground in 2004 and project was completed in 2006. The 110 units sold quickly, as potential buyers were drawn to the security, elevator-to-unit amenity, custom construction, covered parking areas, and screened porches. The prime location in east Memphis, near shops, restaurants, a grocery store and a movie theater is an added bonus. The Lexington projected a total built-out value of $26 million. Patton & Taylor was the project's general contractor, and Looney Ricks Kiss was the architect.
